Steven Quinn - 'Legend of the Deep' (Niederhöchstadt S-bahn) So happy to be involved in this. A city-wide billboard exhibition from OFFM. OFFM public art panels 2015 is an international art panel exhibition happening in the Rhein-Main of Frankfurt.Presenting works by 50 artists, of which I am one, OFFM creates a foundation for discussion between contemporary art and its presentation forms.
